Maxim Gorky wrote ‘Datchniki’ or ‘Summerfolk’ in 1905. In this play a number of Russian friends spend the summer at a country estate. The story portrays the lives of Russian nobles and artists and their attitude towards social change at the onset of the 20th century.

Even more explicitly and ruthlessly than in Alles is Rustig, Thomas Bernhard dissects in his 'Dramolette' the difficult Nazi past of the German people as well as the latent fascisme in contemporary society. « "Sauve qui peut" pas mal comme titre » is the second part of what is to become a Bernhard trilogy.

At the beginning of the creation of a tg STAN production there usually is a text. Not this time. There are three dancers, a Syrian actress, a Palestinian actor and a Belgian actor. There is also visual material of two Palestinian visual artists. The starting point of the show is on the one hand The Fertile Crescent * with Palestine as its epicentre, and on the other hand the people who will create this performance and their different realities.

Decemberhonger is the second stage play the Dutch-Brussels novelist Oscar van den Boogaard writes Sara De Roo and Steven Van Watermeulen. This time also for Maya Sanne.

Tg STAN harvests seeds which were sown in 2009, the company’s twentieth anniversary, which it celebrated by inviting like-minded actors to share the stage. New plans were hatched. Now tg STAN is putting together a combined evening / a soirée of new scenes, short plays, one-acters, etc. with or without music and dance. What is definite is that Oogst (working title) will never be the same or exactly the same.

In Le Chemin solitaire (The Lonely Way) of the Viennese author Arthur Schnitzler we meet a family that lives a lie. One talks about the past, about loss, about blood relationships, about getting older, making mistakes and having children. Fathers prove to be no fathers, children no children and people die.
